Schlumberger Sales and Technical Management in East Asia, 2008 - 2015
Managing the Sales and Technical support team for the Thailand-Laos-Cambodia-Myanmar area until 2013, then Indonesia. Design and implement a dynamic business growth strategy, based on assisting Customers Teams with valuable technology. Manage and develop an up to 20 people sales engineer and geoscientist team. Provide technical support to over 100 Customers and maintain contractual business agreements. Maintain a steady yearly growth.
The major projects are the contracts management, the improvement of customer’s technology adoption, business processes implementation and optimization, management and development of my sales and geoscientists team through daily coaching and training.
Schlumberger Sales and Marketing Management in Oman, 2005-2008
High volume land operation experience. Provide technical support to the International Oil Companies and more than double the Schlumberger Wireline Business in Oman in 3 years. In addition to managing a team of 6 people handling the high volume PDO-Shell operation, I personally focused on developing Schlumberger business with the many other International Operators (PTTEP, Occidental, Daleel, Encana, Petrogas, Medco Energi, BG, BP, Gotoil, Sinopec) on the strong foundation of continuous valuable technical support and high quality service delivery.
In addition of learning the Middle East Geological sequence and Carbonates Petrophysics and associated Reservoir Engineering practices, the major projects were the introduction of Schlumberger new technology Services in Oman in relation to Advanced Wireline Formation testing, Rock Mechanic and Borehole Stability, Production Logging in horizontal open hole completions (Coil Tubing Logging), Perforation for productivity in the carbonates (implementation of invasion protecting fluid techniques, ...), Horizontal drain production profile prediction using CMR permeability, EOR techniques.
Schlumberger Oilfield Services Account Management in Indonesia, 2001-2005

In this technical support position in Customer office, the key to build long-term relationships that enable the creation and development of mutual value businesses is to understand the Customer organization, business drivers, challenges, goals and objectives, as well as various needs for business development. The target is to understand and map the various processes involved, and improve their performance using the most appropriate technologies. I was on a daily basis bringing technical support to various TOTAL Balikpapan departments including Assets and Operations teams, in a collaborative environment.

Operations Management of 7 teams for 3 Clients (Shell, Elf, and Fletcher Challenge): 4 offshore drilling rig teams, 2 Productions services teams, and one Land team. Participation in the Shell IPM Land campaign project. Participation in the OFS integrated base project. Active member of the Shell “Menang team”, targeting well delivery operations performance optimization through a “drilling the limits” concept. Created an optimized management system in place in which each and everyone was happy to perform.
